An easy 3mile run this morning. I am really trying to work on my pace for the shorter runs. I was happy that I was able to get the first 2 splits under 9mins, not sure what happen on the last spli.
I am looking forward to my rest day tomorrow so that my legs can recover for my long run this weekend. I plan to do my long run on Saturday on the C'Ville 10Miler course because the weather forecast for Sunday is looking cold and wet.
