I anxiously and cautiously headed out on my run this morning. I was worried about the knee pain that I experienced on my last run. As I started out my knees felt pretty good and loosened up pretty well as I got into my run. I found that running down hill was triggered more stress on my knees but nothing like my last run. I am happy that the nightly icing seems to have helped.
I am still running at a slower pace than usual as I start to increase my mileage. I was to run a fairly steady pace of 9min miles.
