It was tough to get out and run this morning after a late night playing poker. After I started running I felt pretty good, but I was a little sore and tight from Sunday's long run. My pace reflected this lack of sleep and tightness.
I happy to start my tapering and preparing for race day. It is hard to believe that the training is almost over. The mental and physical training in the last 4Months has been a great experience.
